My experience at FMW-Herb Chambers was fantastic! My dealer ( Fred Schultz ) was not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced but also friendly. I did not feel as though I was being pressured or sca dealer ( Fred Schultz ) was not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced but also friendly. I did not feel as though I was being pressured or scammed into a vehicle with tired salesman tactics. I almost discontinued purchasing anything from Herb Chambers completely. I had a horrific experience at one of your locations. I wanted to purchase a brand new vehicle and was told that I couldn't order it to my specifications, I could only purchase what was available, never heard of that considering I wasbuying a brand new vehicle and they could order to my specifications but, whatever, I went with the flow.So I found something that had what I thought was everything I wanted. The day came that it was in, I did a once over, and took it home. Sooo very excited. Then I went to put my 87 year old grandmother in the back seat, she so excited to have heated seats very novel to her. To find it did not have them. I paid for it. So I went back to the dealership were I was basically told to bad. That they had another vehicle with the heated seats but, it also had running boards and they wanted me to pay more money for their mistake. Then I was told that I didn't want the heated seats that they could burn my grandmother. Trying to convince me not to have heated seats. I said that is the craziest thing I ever heard. I can't imagine Herb selling anything that could potentially harm a customer.He wouldn't risk the liability. So I returned my brand new vehicle, and took my trade in back. I was beside myself. Loved the vehicle, hated how I was treated. So I went to another dealership and gave it one more try. Thankfully!!!!! I met Heather, and she was AWESOME!!!!!!!! I bought my new vehicle from her, and it was exactly what I wanted no hassle, no lying ,an absolute breeze. So needless to say I'm saving to hopefully next year purchase another vehicle from her the Mercedes Eclass AMG63. Thank You, Christina Rizzo More

I came across Mercesdes Benz of Natick during my long and frustrating search for a new car. Before this, every salesperson I met was rude and pushy, however I was looking at one specific car, an E class, wh frustrating search for a new car. Before this, every salesperson I met was rude and pushy, however I was looking at one specific car, an E class, when Matt Lavoie introduced himself to me and told me EVERYthing I could possibly need to know about the car. He was so informative, friendly, and truthful that I bought the car right on the spot. Ever since then, he has been following up with me with a phone call, asking how everything is going, if I have any problems figuring things out, etc. I am extremely pleased with his service and with the dealership in general. I had several very pleasant conversations with Heather Turmenne and we were able to agree on a price very quickly and easily. At no time did I feel any bit of stress, which as you know making a "big" purchase can be stressful at times. After meeting with finance and signing the paperwork, Heather took me through a very extensive tutorial on the operation of the car. She assured me that if I have any questions at all to please feel free to call her anytime. I couldn't believe how smoothly and easily everything went. I realize I wasn't their "biggest" sale of the day, and certainly didn't purchase the most expensive car on the lot, but they made me feel like I was just as important, regardless of what car I purchased. If this is any indication of how wonderful and pleasant they always are, then they definitely have a new and lifelong customer! More
I found the sales team at Herb Chambers Mercedes to be exceptionally knowledgeable courteous and efficient. I was given a thorough explanation of the new features of the E class utilizing an amazing large exceptionally knowledgeable courteous and efficient. I was given a thorough explanation of the new features of the E class utilizing an amazing large screen LED display. This visual made it much easier for me to understand the features and benefits of the availalble technologies. While negotiating price is never anyone's favorite pass time, this was a stright forward conversation that quickly resulted in an agreement. Surprisingly, my car was ready to be delivered to me much more quickly than I anticipated. When I came to pick up the car, my sales representative JC Cabanos, carefully and comprehensivelly reviewed all aspects of the incredible audio/phone/navigation sysytem as well as the other features of the car. He even went so far as to set up my new Blackberry to be Blue Tooth enabled and did a little troubleshooting as I encoungtered a little technical difficulty. All in all, I had and continue to have a great service experience with the team at Herb Chambers Mercedes. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality experience equal to that of their new Mercedes Benz. More
A great experience for buying a new car. This is the 3rd car that I've purchased at this dealership, all from Fred Schultz. Having been in sales for many years, I know a good sales person, and get irritated car that I've purchased at this dealership, all from Fred Schultz. Having been in sales for many years, I know a good sales person, and get irritated pretty quickly at weak ones. Fred is excellent. He knows the product, finds solutions to needs and has great follow-up. As long as Fred is around and Mercedes makes a decent car, I'll keep buying from Fred. The dealership building is bit tired, but I understand that needed renovations are around the corner. I've purchased a Porsche from the Chambers dealership on Comm Ave, so I know that it will be done right. More

Instead, the sales associate in a friendly manner provided all the relevant information. In this manner, the sales associate wins the prospective customer over. Very effective marketing strategy! Another positive attribute of the entire procedure is that the sales associate was just as friendly after the deal was made. In other auto dealerships, the moment a customer signs all the paperwork, the sales associate immediately treats the customer with a certain coldness and they are very distant. Not the case at MB of Natick. The day after I had signed all the paperwork, I had to pick up the car. The sales associate was as friendly as the preceding day. Another effective marketing strategy.
