Steve Boston was extremely knowledgeable about leasing, and helped us decide that a lease was our best option on this new vehicle. We had bought all of our vehicles in the past so the idea of a lease was new to us. We knew exactly which options we wanted on the vehicle, and since it was not a commonly equipped vehicle the car was not in stock at this dealership. Steve and Ian were able to locate the exact vehicle we wanted from another dealership that was several hours of driving away, and arrange for its transportation to their dealership - talk about convenience! We're excited to take delivery of our first leased vehicle and feel confident and at ease with our decision thanks to Steve and Ian's thorough and honest explanations of the MB Lease programs. Going to most car dealerships is about as attractive as going to the RMV, and in many cases, much worse. Not so in Natick, a trend I hope we will see spread through the industry. The American public always has been, and continues to be, in love with their cars (and trucks). However, the industry feels compelled to make the car-buying experience as difficult and maddening as it possibly can with aggressive sales tactics, non-transparent methods and sales techniques, byzantine financing and high-pressure tactics. Imagine if you had to pick a spouse via the same methods; civilization would die out in a single generation. Fred and the team there in Natick are a breath of fresh-air in the frustratingly bizarre realm of car sales. Thanks to them for a great experience! A member of his team delivered the glass to our home and JN Phillips installed it on site. We were on the road again in no time. I hadn't been there in several years, and I was taken aback at how beautiful the remodeled showroom and service area had turned out. It was a great setting for looking at the current models and choosing the right one for my tastes and needs. My salesman, Spencer Odems, came highly recommended, and he worked incredibly hard to get me the exact vehicle I wanted. It was an absolute pleasure working with him, and he was perpetually focused on keeping me as happy as possible. When I drove into the Service Area several days later to get my car inspection, I was treated like a king. It made me proud to be a new Mercedes owner. I am thrilled to be driving my new car, and it gives me great peace of mind to feel that everyone at the Herb Chambers dealership made this experience so special: from Spenser, who brought sales to a personal level, to his sales colleagues who always pitched in to help in his rare absence, to the managers who were so supportive, to the service staff who made me feel like part of the family.
