A sales experience I would expect from Mercedes Benz I just finished up a lease transition moving from a 2015 E 350 4Matic to a 2018 E 300 4Matic. His professional appearance to his unbridled excitement of the Mercedes line to his polite and friendly approach......it was truly an experience one would expect from this prestigious brand! I have been a customer of the Natick shop since 2014 and this last experience has been my favorite. Gary is a true gentleman and runs a process that does not make you feel like you are being sold.....he makes you feel like it is his job to get you exactly what you are looking for and that is what car purchasing should be all about. I was blown away by his technical expertise.....from the latest and greatest engineering to every little technological advancement Mercedes has to offer, he knew it all......and made sure every bit of that worked for me!
