I don't need to shake everyone hand in the dealership like I am running for mayor, and I have zero tolerance for fake numbers, misleading numbers or just pure nonsense. This dealership is the complete opposite. They are honest, upfront, and treat you the way a customer should be treated. I went in with a very tight timeframe and needed a specific vehicle with 24 hours and Joe, Mike and the Chambers team pulled it off. I was looking at their website and liked the offerings they had in their extensive online inventory. After some searching, I immediately found a few cars that I wanted to know more about. I spoke with Katrina A. in the Business Development Center and she was amazing. Every question I had, even the silly ones were qualified and answered. She took the time to go over every option and feature in all the cars I was interested in. I Love the Smart Pricing feature offered at the dealership. Knowing you are getting the lowest price up front definitely makes the whole car buying process less painful. After some time, Katrina helped me narrowed it down to a vehicle that had everything I wanted and in the price range that fit my budget. I am pleased to say I purchased my first Mercedes this past December, a certified pre-owned ML 350 and I couldn’t be happier! I admit, after speaking with Katrina, I was sold over the phone and agreed to deal right then and there will absolutely no reservations. It was that easy! We set up an appointment and I came in to view my new purchase. Joe R. was very helpful in covering all the extended features of the vehicle and allowed me ample time to familiarize myself with them all before I finalized all the necessary paperwork. I bought a CLA 250 from this dealership around Christmas time. I worked with John Stefanini and he was knowledgeable about the cars and was very patience with my questions and requests. When it came to sign time. I worked with John Stefanini and he was knowledgeable about the cars and was very patience with my questions and requests. When it came to signing the paperwork. there was some confusion with the finance and sales department, e.g. they didn't deduct the initial $500 deposit on my final bill, didn't provide and install the all-season mats I requested when I picked up my car, and oddly the odometer had extra miles. I expressed my concerns and the dealership and management responded with swift actions, returning the $500 credit and offering to cover the maintenance package. I think that shows that they care and they're confident with their goods. I became a fan again. More
