After I left, I felt like I had no right to be even looking at a Lexus. However, when I arrived at Mercedes of Natick, I was treated with respect and dignity. Jerry Encarnacion was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was patient, as I have not purchased a new car in 12 years and I had lots of questions. He answered all my questions. He took his time and was extremely knowledgeable about the Lexus even though it it a Mercedes dealer. I was absolutely amazed how smoothly the whole ordeal went. They also gave me a great price for my Toyota trade in which allowed me to purchase my dream car. A week later I had a few more questions and to my amazement, Jerry answered his phone on the first ring. I can't say enough about everyone who I came in contact with and I want to thank them for treating me they way a person should be treated. We knew the exact car we wanted and were test driving multiple vehicles at several dealerships, so for us the buying decision came down to price / value, liking the particular vehicle that we ultimately purchased, and our comfort with the salesman that we worked with. Joe Rodriguez was great to deal with throughout the process. He even came in on his day off to help sort out the paperwork and later delivered the car to our home to walk us through all of the special features, etc. He subsequently has followed up several times to ensure that we are happy with the purchase (which we are). Knowing you are getting the lowest price up front definitely makes the whole car buying process less painful. After some time, Katrina helped me narrowed it down to a vehicle that had everything I wanted and in the price range that fit my budget.
