John patiently calculated how much my monthly expanse was based on how long I kept my car that I was intending to trade in - he was very straightforward in his answer. And then Bo Hampton and Zack were very helpful getting the deal done after changing my mind a couple of times. I ended up buying a new M class, and got everything I wanted. Instead of getting into the exact details of my complete transaction, I'm going to highlight my favorite things: 1. Ease. Starting my transaction with Ali was perfect. I couldn't have asked for a better person to 'fall into contact with'. It started with a simple email about a service on my GL. I had no idea what was going to happen, but Ali guided me with a calm, confident, and almost motherly? nature. I had a feeling everything was going to be 'all good'. 2.. Transparency. No games. I knew what I was walking into when I walked into the doors in Natick. This continued throughout both of my visits. (Aside from the odd and very aggressive man in finance...I couldn't have possibly cared less for him...but this is supposed to be a positive review, so I digress...) 3. Follow up. Everyone made sure I knew my new Benz inside and out, and that there were no issues. Jon, that delivered my vehicle to my house (yes!), was an absolute professional. He is an intelligent, friendly young man, and a great listener. The world needs more Jons. So, there you have it.Well, the short of it, at least. The showroom / waiting room is spotless, bright, attractive and offers numerous amenities (comfortable chairs, a variety of reading materials, docking stations for computers, TV, snacks and refreshments, etc.). The sales staff is friendly, well-trained and thoroughly informed about various features and models and they offer a variety of purchase plans. Seldom will you ever encounter such a low-pressure environment in deciding on your purchase. The service department is exemplary. Under the manager, Dan Bolton, their representatives could not be more sensitive to the time requirements of customers. They are well schooled and highly competent in the diagnosis of problems and in executing speedy repairs. When completion of a complex problem requires more time in shop, they have often pre-arranged for use of a loaner vehicle. I have had nothing but a satisfying relationship with Herb Chambers M-B Natick. More

I left the car for 3.5 hours for a simple safety recall appt. I arranged to be picked up and dropped off by a friend. The car was serviced but not washed as promised. A call to me to say the car would not be ready by the time promised would have lessened my dissatisfaction. On weekends, it's impossible to get the car washed. Herb, don't claim to give a service that you can't deliver. More
