CThe receptionists were extremely friendly a This past week, I decided to stop into the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Natick after reaching out them online. CThe receptionists were extremely friendly and I was introduced to Christian Bradley (online sales consultant) who introduced me to Gerson Ruiz, my sales consultant. Gerson made every effort to understand my needs and offer solutions without pushing for a hard sell. We drove to different SUVs and discussed the pros and cons including the value of my trade. We went over every single option in both SUVs, front to back! Getson waited while my wife came to the dealership to have a look at the ML350 that I was very interested in. We spent some time discussing the pros and cons of buying certified pre-owned versus a new GLC. The whole time, I felt like Gerson listened to my needs and added a balanced perspective based on his deep knowledge of the two SUVs. I got a terrific price on the ML350 and received more than fair value for my trade. Gerson went the extra mile in setting up my delivery date (today) and made sure that everything ran smoothly as I received my new vehicle. What a great experience, service excellence! I highly recommended Mercedes-Benz of Natick and I hope that you get Gerson as your sales consultant. More
Caring Guys My car I purchased in July of 2015 only has 4000 plus miles. I noticed a slight issue with the alignment of the front bumper on the driver's side. I'm a real perfectionist especially when it comes to my cars. So of course I wanted it fixed and properly. David Shobeiri my Salesman always is concerned with my matters and immediately wanted to help. He made his way over with me to service. Mattew Killian service advisor was on his way out of work but he wanted to help me as well. He stayed longer to hell that just doesn't happen these days. Matt told me is be best to show the Eric Ferits the general manager Matt actually interrupted the meeting and David went along. Matt showed showed Eric GM my car. Matt did a great follow up the next day. He aranged me a great rental car and the appointment at the body shop. I requested that he makes sure the car gets to body shop and back with needing any other work. Also Matt arranged to store my car inside at the dealership and body shop. Matt kept me in the loop the entire time. His follow up is great. Dealership body shop did an amazing job. The minor issue was taken care of with no issue. The response I got from Matt was amazing. David cares about his customers and isn't done when the deal is done. More

He even stayed after hours this past Friday to help me out. I always give him hard tasks. Finding parts for my father's 280sl through Mercedes Classic Car Center. Wayne is knowledge and the man to see. Giovanni Cruz always takes care of me with rental cars he makes it so painless and easy. My family and I always exchange cars so we need to be on each others rental car agreements. He knows I dis like SUVs because I drive a coupe. So he always gets me in a sedan. So I don't feel out of place. The policy is ready with the sedan cleaned and gassed up so I can hit road without losing any time. Fred Romsey is the back bone of the service Department. He is clam, friendly, and a straight shooter. He has filled in as an service advisor for me many times. He has never treated like less of a client then his regular clients. I have even watched him with difficult clients. This guy kept calling him Frank. Fred kept his cool and played it off. Fred is very Classy. Alyssa Crowe she has always been a pleasant person to see and work with. She usually will see me on a Saturday. The service works less hours and is not fully staffed so they need to get a lot more done in less time with a few people working. She is always cheerful and pleasant. More

They forgot a minor item to be reinstalled in the car. Everyone was extremely busy. He must have seen me from the corner of his but Mattew rushed over. Found out the problem then took the car to the back and took care of the problem personally him. I was very impressed. Mattew later told me he was a former tech. I was able to get to work without too much time lost. More

Their inventory was was great and pricing was impossible to beat. The delivery of the car couldn't have ben more perfect and my wife was really surprised to see the car in our driveway with a big bow on it! Timely responses, easy buying process, thoughtful attention to detail, and absolutely raising the bar to what purchasing a vehicle should be like. Not only is Matt professional and courteous, he also shows compassion to my issues and made sure to address all my questions and requests in a timely manner. Prior to working with Matt, I went to a different Mercedes dealer for service and they were just the complete opposite of Matt. If you want someone to treat your car like his own, I'd highly recommend working with Matt! More

Steve Boston Salesman a class act not like your typical xxxxxxx salesman. He goes beyond his way. He is the backbone of this dealership. They should write the sales book based on him. I am not kidding. Collin Stankard a new driver, another real car enthusiast, very respectful. Also recently off the clock delivered a car back to our house with no issue. As my mother said what a fine gentleman. A mother's stamp of approval what else could you ask for. I wish more car dealerships could have a great team attitude.
