Not happy I purchased a 2013 C300 Sport The black book appraisal was $31,900 It had 17,800 miles I went back to see if they could trade the C300 for another I purchased a 2013 C300 Sport The black book appraisal was $31,900 It had 17,800 miles I went back to see if they could trade the C300 for another Mercedes with more leg room in the back I found out they were giving me only $17,500 for my car with only 21,000 miles How can you offer that? Doesn't make sense More

Terrible This was our second purchase from this dealership. Our first purchase 2 .5 years ago was wonderful. This time we were lied to we were told that the car had a car starter which it did not and it took over two weeks to obtain our registration forcing us to obtain a copy from our local RMV for an additional fee even after requesting a copy of the registration to be emailed to us so we could get a sticker. Apparently the salesman that we were dealing with was fired and the manager quit leaving us with no resolution. More
