After a very unpleasant experience with the sales team, management got involved and made things whole, but considering you are entering mercedes, this was not the expected. Jonny provided excellent “concierge service” in orienting me with my new GL 450 E! Not only did he cover the basics, but highlighted many areas I might never have looked at or realized were there. In our advanced lesson, he showed me more details about cruise control, and self driving along with even fixing an issue with my iPhone. Jonny also made me feel comfortable with asking any questions and made sure I knew I could contact him again in the future. Howard Rosenberg made sure the sales process went as smoothly as possible and followed up to make sure all went well. I wanted to buy my car from Mercedes-Benz of Natick due to the excellent service I have received from Luis Aguasvivas for many years. Luis has always responded quickly and pleasantly and made sure everything was taken care of. I look forward to working with him again for service on my new Mercedes-Benz GLE 450 Hybrid. More
