Nick Scherer and Jonny Pham made the entire experience of purchasing a used vehicle wonderful. I didn't have a particular car in mind, but wanted certain features, and Nick patiently showed me several used S purchasing a used vehicle wonderful. I didn't have a particular car in mind, but wanted certain features, and Nick patiently showed me several used SUV options on the lot. He was kind, respectful, and honest. I wound up with a GLS450 that has everything I want and then some! The tech learning curve was steep as my last car was a 2004 Honda SUV. Nick showed me many features initially when I received my car, but it was a lot to learn in one session. After driving my new car for a week, and because I wanted more support, Jonny came to my house and spent two hours walking me through every advanced option and helping sync my iPhone. Both Nick and Jonny are very customer-centric and provided me with outstanding service and guidance from the moment I walked onto the dealership lot well into the first weeks of ownership.
