Once the vehicle was ready for pickup, he ensured that all users were appropriately setup on all apps and systems (Mercedes Me Connect, EZ Pass, etc.). He then walked us through the functionality of both the phone and car-related technologies and features, answering each question with exacting detail. I ended up working with Jonny for nearly 3 hours on pick up day and felt very confident knowing the features of my vehicle upon driving off the lot.
