This place had a large selection of pre-owned vehicles with low to incredibly low mileage, at or close to prices that you would expect to pay for normal mileage vehicles. Their internet site had several vehicles that I would have purchased, but I had to settle for just one..a beautiful E350 CPO vehicle with low miles. Salesman Bob Hahn was polite, knowledgable, and professional. Follow-up on minor issue was exceptional, both by salesman and pre-owned sales manager, Adam Hofer. Would highly recommend the experience to anyone looking for a pre-owned Mercedes. Check the website, call the salesperson, and enjoy a ride out to the Hamptons to buy a car. More

I found Ms. Dwyer-D'Avino to be an exceptionally effective sales person. She is friendly, knowledgeable and knows precisely how to balance persuasiveness with customer empathy. She must have spent four hours with me, two on the initial visit, and two when I took delivery. As evidence of her customer commitment, she re-arranged her Sunday schedule in order to facilitate the delivery of the car to me. She showed infinite patience in teaching me the various benefits of the vehicle. She completed all the paperwork in a highly efficient fashion. I have no hesitation recommending Candece Dwyer-D'Avino of Mercedes Benz Southampton to my friends and acquaintances (in fact,she was recommended to me by one of my friends who bought a car from her). Mine was by no means the biggest sale of the century, as I bought a used car (not even an M-B) from them-- but I was treated as a valued customer by both John and Adam during the entire process. It turns out the price on the vehicle was the best of 40 I'd looked at over the prior weeks and the free CarFax confirmed my faith in the vehicle as being what was presented. Communication from the bursar's office was prompt, complete and accurate. I would recommend the dealership highly as a result of this experience. More
Kathleen was very professional. She gave me a great price and there were no hidden fees when I signed the contract. I have had several service issues and was very well taken care of by Smitty. He was helpful far and beyond his normal call of duty. He returns my calls quickly and is always a pleasure to work with. (And I can compare this with the rather lack luster service I have received from the NYC dealer for years....I will make sure to get all my service issues taken care of by the Southampton location and more importantly, glad to know that Smitty is there to provide the finest customer service I have had at a car dealer) More

Smitty is without doubt the best service manager I have ever worked with!! Recently, I encountered some unusual problems with my mercedes. Smitty and his team did not take the easy way out by changing a ever worked with!! Recently, I encountered some unusual problems with my mercedes. Smitty and his team did not take the easy way out by changing a few sensors and re-setting the computer. Smitty is an outstanding diagnostician and just had a "sixth sense" that something else was going on with the car. He was proactive and gave me daily updates the the repair progress. Darn if Smitty wasn't right on the money. The problem was much more involved. Mice were slowly eating their way through the brake cables. This could have produced a disastrous---if not fatal---outcome. After the problem was fixed, Smitty gave some great advice about how to prevent the mouse problem from recurring. At every step, Smitty was patient, informed, expert and demonstrated that special sense of humor that only Smitty has. I hate to say it, but having the car repaired was actually a pleasant experience. I'm really going to miss Smitty's daily update calls. He is a great guy and a master at his trade! More
