You are made to feel as if you are the most important person when entering, from the showroom to the service area. I am now on my 5th Mercedes. There are no complaints only compliments. Truly never had a problem. If you are looking for reliability in a car, Mercedes-Benz will not disappoint. Jim O’Connor has been our salesman for all our vehicles with Mercedes-Benz. Even when I’m just shopping he will take the time out and walk with me, and then take notes so when I’m ready he knows what I want. Makes me always want to come back. Vic Cartagena from the finance section makes it seamless. We love having everything ready to sign. When you pick up your vehicle, there is another person to help you learn your vehicle. I called Joe B. the day after the holiday weekend, and even though his days were already My weekend car began running a little rough a few weeks ago. I called Joe B. the day after the holiday weekend, and even though his days were already booked, he fit me in a day later. The mechanic was not able to replicate the problem that I had experienced several days prior. So, a thorough check was completed and Joe made a few suggestions. We agreed on a fuel injector service and the car was serviced and returned promptly to me. I just want to thank Joe and everyone else involved that worked on my problem. More
