My wife and I leased a new 2019 MB C300 and could not be happier with the Excellent customer service from Ricardo Gonzalez of Mercedes Benz Smithtown! My wife and I leased a new 2019 MB C300 and could not be happier with the price and the service. The dealership is very modern, clean, and spacious. Rick was very patient, no high pressure sales pitch. My wife and I both test drove the C300 with Rick, who was knowledgeable about the car’s features. We made our decision to lease a brand new 2019 model with certain features and color; Rick dutifully searched the inventory as new 2019s began coming in and notified us promptly when he found one with all the features we wanted. Note: Factory orders take longer so we wanted a car that was in stock. Got an excellent price on the car from Rick and through the Cosco Lease program; Rick threw in a bunch of extras on the car for free. Picked up the car and it was all cleaned, polished and stationed in a designated closed space at the dealership for customer pickup. The final “checkout” was fast and efficient. Got an inside and out tutorial on how to use the features of the car and got my wife’s cell phone paired to the car and also linked up with My Mercedes Benz (allows for remote features of the car to be activated from the cell phone). Rick even had a goody bag for us as we were leaving. Overall excellent experience and would recommend anyone considering buying or leasing a MB to use this dealership and ask for Ricardo Gonzalez. Superior Service My wife and I went car shopping for our first family car. We visited Mercedes Benz first and loved the service and the cars. We decided to go to other My wife and I went car shopping for our first family car. We visited Mercedes Benz first and loved the service and the cars. We decided to go to other dealers to see how they compare to Mercedes Benz. We went to BMW, Audi, Toyota, and Lexus. Visiting those dealers was a waste of time because they lacked proper customer service and the car deals were not really “deals”. We went back to our first choice and Tyler Hirt at The Smithtown Mercedes Benz greeted us and showed us a selection of cars. He attended us very well and we had no doubts that this was the dealer for us. Tyler walked us through the process. The whole process took two days due to a financing issues. On the day we picked up the car, Tyler gifted us wine, and Mercedes Benz swag. It was around noon when Tyler asked if we were hungry and gifted us lunch at an Italian restaurant. When we came back the car had been detailed and everything was set. My wife and I are beyond estatic to have bought our car from a superb Dealer, who really caters to the customer. Tyler Hirt is an amazing asset to the dealership and we are so happy that he was there to help us. In a couple of months we will need another car for my wife and no doubt will reach out to Tyler at Mercedes Benz. More
