First time Mercedes! Always had mixed reviews when It came to Mercedes as I was always had a great liking for BWW. However after my first purchase of a BWW that was inten Always had mixed reviews when It came to Mercedes as I was always had a great liking for BWW. However after my first purchase of a BWW that was intended for my wife, it was anything but. From a week after the purchase it started with one issue and another and another. Because the BMW was still covered under the manufacturer warranty and there were no out of pocket expense it was never really a problem. However the problems keep mounting until I decided it was time to look for a better alternative. After visting a number of dealers that day (6) in total and I ended up at Mercedes of Smithtown. I walked in and not only did my wife feel in love with what is now her car, but so did my mother in law. Needless to say, several hours and 2 days later they both left with what is now their new cars, their smile says it all! Thank you to Fritz Jean who went above and beyond in making this happen as I’m not your typical customer always in business mode and very demanding .We were extremely pleased with his overall customer service and attention to detail and level of customer satisfaction. Will most likely be there again in the not so distant future as there’s a S550 with my name on it ! More
