Subsequent email and phone conversations made me feel comfortable that the car and paperwork would be ready when I was able to get to the Dealership on a Sunday. This was very important to me since I was coming from Montclair NJ, a distance I did not want to travel again if there were any issues. My experience with competition Mercedes of Smithtown could not have been more perfect my boyfriend had purchased three cars prior from our salesman who had worked at Infiniti across the street competition let’s just say the salesman was top-notch honest from the beginning to the end with me working out with the car that I wanted Robert and finance was also great at his job everything was done very professional no hidden costs add a very enjoyable experience I recommend them highly on professionalism.
