However, this new martial law on loaner is a bit much. I totally understand, like any other business, there are people who abuse anything. But sacrificing your high end name to look like less prestigious car dealership is self destructive & a turn off. It's sending a message that business is that bad, that Mercedes has resorted Nickle Diming, or just taking out its frustration on loyal customers. I say, repeal that piece of paper, or be reminded that customers actually have options. I get really flustered when my wife comes back home with negative Dealer Interactions. Just to regurgitate, the Salesman Joe Baumgarten was outstanding. After making a phone call to him about the "Loaner Death Warrant" my wife had to sign, he tried his best to ensure that the call ended well More
