Take my advice, if you purchase a used Mercedes or any car from Silver Spring, make sure you have an outside inspection performed on that vehicle. My experience started out pretty even and went completely downhill. I cannot express my disappointment with my experience. To not be heard and then have your words twisted and insinuated I it had caused all four rotors to be rusted on a car I purchased in September, 2022. I reported my issues, I took my car in only to have it documented that they could not verify my complaint, which was the pulsation of my brakes. I then pay for an inspection only for them to document that, they test drove the vehicle and confirmed brake pulsation, visually inspected brakes and found significant rust on pad to rotor mating surfaces front and back off all FOUR rotors. Then when I stated this wasn't caused by me as I don't drive as much, it was being spun that I let the car sit and the rotors rusted. I then explained that I work remote 4 days every other week and didn't let the car sit, drove on weekends, etc. the tune changed to well you brought the car in September, never mind that I called the dealership (a few times), setup an appointment, received a loaner car, they checked but didn't see anything. When I challenged with the independent inspection Carlos Arias stated, but we did find anything and it passed inspection prior to the sale. Not once was there any indication or attempt to offer any customer service other than to point out that they didn't find anything. If you are willing to take that stance, you should have stated this in the beginning of the conversation. I will never purchase another Benz from this dealership nor refer anyone here. Thank goodness I didn't buy that maintenance package when I purchased my car. If your stance was going to be "we are not going to cover this" then say it and not try to make the customer the culprit, I would respect you more. I would give zero if I could. I do apologize for loses my temper and letting you push me that far. The best thing about my experience with my car purchase (this was my second at this dealership) was James McDonald. He was very nice and customer service oriented. I know, he's a salesman, however, It was a pleasure doing business with him. Goodbye!! More
