Happy with the service done on my vehicles. As a person whom worked on cars before, I couldn’t figure the problems with my SUV. But going to the Mercedes Dealership of Silver Spring, the technician quickly whom worked on cars before, I couldn’t figure the problems with my SUV. But going to the Mercedes Dealership of Silver Spring, the technician quickly figure the issues and fixed it on the same day. In addition, my service department representative (Michael Dowling) did an excellent job for communicating and keeping me informed. More
Well I have to say, it was definitely an experience like no other. The entire team was a delight to be around. I initially started with James McDonald in sales. He really worked with me and assisted through no other. The entire team was a delight to be around. I initially started with James McDonald in sales. He really worked with me and assisted throughout the entire purchasing process. He was so patient and understanding when I asked a million questions. This really made me smile and I felt like I was in the right dealership. The experience only became better from that point forward. When I went In for a service request, Darrell in the service department went above and beyond to make my first service on my new car a real pleasure. The Mercedees experience started from the time I entered the dealership doors until I left with my car shining bright from the fresh car wash as well. Diagnosis technicians are the worst here. Had my car diagnosed ,fixed ,felt same issue ,rediagnosed ,different problem. Thousands waisted on wrong issue. Disappointing Service with Mike Dowling For 15 years, I received impeccable quality service from MB of Silver Spring. In November 2019, this changed when I was assigned to Mike Dowling. Repa For 15 years, I received impeccable quality service from MB of Silver Spring. In November 2019, this changed when I was assigned to Mike Dowling. Repairs I made in November 2019 at MB of Silver Spring had to be re-repaired and correctly fixed at a different MB service shop. Repairs I requested and paid for in June 2020, again, were not properly addressed. In fact, when I picked up my vehicle, the same warning messages appeared on my dashboard and I had not even left the service pick-up lane. The washer bottle, pump, and grommet were also not repaired correctly, the leaks persisted. Again, I had to have the repairs re-done at a different MB service shop. All of this required more of my money and more of my time. To add insult to injury, I have not received a return phone call from Mike Dowling although I left voice mail and text messages requesting to talk. I have all of the service documentation and receipts. My 15-year streak of impeccable quality service has come to an end. Correct repairs with peace of mind, follow through and assurance that repairs are correctly addressed have been absent and lacking since November 2019. I am disappointed with the service I have received when my car has been in the hands of Mike Dowling. More
