Thank you for speaking with our Service Director, Adam Rew about the vehicle that you recently purchased elsewhere. Unfortunately, purchasing a 13-year-old vehicle with over 150,000 miles, often has it’s pitfalls. As Adam explained, we stand by our diagnosis and repair on your June visit. Our inspection at that time revealed many additional concerns with the vehicle which we pointed out. Some of those items were addressed during your August visit and all are completely unrelated to the first repair.
