I believe there should be a receptionist available for check in. As a first time customer at this location, I had no idea who my service advisor was, where he was located or anything. I have been to this dealership multiple times before and was always a bit disappointed in the customer service ( th She was absolutely AWESOME today. She took her time, addressed all of my concerns and got the work done and me back on the road seeing my veterinary patients!
