I cold called into the dealership one day looking for a very specific C63AMG. I was calling from NYC and told Mike what I was looking for. Instead of treating me like a "cold call" he immediately took me s very specific C63AMG. I was calling from NYC and told Mike what I was looking for. Instead of treating me like a "cold call" he immediately took me serious, found a car, negotiated in good faith and within an hour we had a deal. It was that quick. Mike then did a ton of work before I made the treck from NYC to pick up my car. He dotted every "i" and crossed every "t" to ensure I was in and out quickly and able to get everything completed in one trip. Great experience overall and I will do business with Mike again. More

Great all the way around. My wife and I made an appointment with Bob, I told him what vehicle I was interested in and why. After my trade in was appraised there were a few back and forths on final price. All was agreed upon in a nice friendly manner. My wife and I then went to sign final documents with Pedro, he found additional funds from our extended warranty on our trade in. To best sum up the entire experience; My wife stated on our way home that this was the first time she has left a car dealership completely satisfied and happy with her purchase. More
