I was very pleased with the deal I got at Herb Gordon Mercedes. From the moment that I spoke to Pedro on the phone I knew that the deal was going to be no hassle and low pressure. The whole transaction took less than 2 hours and that was with trading in my old lease. Please don't mess around anywhere else. Brought my E320 in the morning in for a "service C" which was basically a FSS service A/B. Elio was OK and explained what would be done. Picked up the car later in the afternoon after the work was completed. Quality of work was ok (or at least I thought) but I did notice that they did a poor job of washing the car. A couple weeks after the service was completed I happened to check the tire pressure and noticed that they had rotated the tires but didn't bother to adjust the tire pressures to the correct front and rear recommended pressures. So this leads to me ask and wonder, if they didn't pay attention to a simple thing like tire pressures, how are they on the rest of the service? So I can't say I would or wouldn't recommend the dealership, but I need to see if I come across any other issues in the work done. This is the reason I answered no for recommending the dealership. I would still consider another visit to the service dept but I would keep closer tabs on the work performed afterwards. More

There were very few negotiations and no talking me into a different car or options that I did not want. They treated me as though my business was special and the most important deal in town. He listened to everything my father and I said, even it it wasn't sales related, establishing great rapport. Even after the sale of the car, Julian introduced me to my very FIRST car in a manner I have never been introduced before, explaining every feature of the car. I had ordered my 2011 E550 cabriol a dealership saying these words. I had the pleasure with working with an outstanding salesperson, Pedro Delgado. I had ordered my 2011 E550 cabriolet from another dealership but decided to check out Herb Gordon. I am so glad that I did. My experience with Pedro made me feel at ease and I cancelled my order with the other dealership the next day. Pedro's patience and experience worked like a snake charmer on me and I took delivery of my vehicle the next day. He took the time to show my family and I around the dealership and stayed after business hours to go over every detail of my new ride. After I told the Sales Manager, Mr. Gluck, what I was interested in test driving, he promptly put me into the hands of M and was given A+ attention. I test-drove the Mercedes-Benz E350 and then the E550. While driving the E550, Mr. Ferguson noticed that I liked the Sirius/SM Sinatra station. When I came back with my wife two days later to test-drive the E550 again, Mr. Ferguson brought up the car, and to my delight, the radio was already set and turned on to the Sirius/XM Sinatra station. Now that's paying attention! Mr. Ferguson answered all my questions, and that day, I entered into a 39-month lease of an E550; I previously had checked the internet for pricing information. Mr. Gluck promptly obtained and offered a very competitive price for the car, and all the paperwork process was as quick as one could want and expect. The car was delivered to me the next day in perfect shape. All I can say is that every consumer purchase experience should be this professional and efficient.
