He was very helpful in answering all the questions that my husband wanted to get, and because of my busy schedule at work, we were not able to make an appointment to look at the car until last Saturday only. When we got there, Charlie showed us the S550 MBZ and immediately worked on getting everything ready when we told him we wanted the car. Things went just so smoothly - and there was no issue of any kind at all. Charlie knew exactly what documents were needed to close the contract, and before we knew it, we were on our way home with our dream car. Since my husband is a car fanatic, we have dealt with a lot of salesmen - not only here in MD, but in some other states as well like VA, CA and NC. We haven't met one like Charlie - who is very pleasant and professional to work with and has a lot of knowledge about his job and people's needs. If you happen to be in this dealership, look for Charlie - and I am sure you will get the best service anyone could offer you. His professionalism is above reproach.This is my 4th Mercedes that I have purchased at this dealership with Darryl as my sales associate. . Darryl is why I continue to choose this dealership. He is always willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. On this last occasion, (March 29, 2019) my wife and I were just stopping by to look at the selection of cars after we finished grocery shopping. We were interested in purchasing a convertible in the near future. We saw that Darryl was available and expressed to him our intentions. He immediately began searching through the inventory and was able to find exactly what we wanted. He also suggested that we take a look at a new SUV. We test drove both cars and were really pleased with the amenities. Darryl's knowledge of each car made it very easy for us to decide on what we wanted to purchase. There was no pressure to purchase a car from Darryl. He laid out everything and all our questions were answered thoroughly. We came in just window shopping, but decided to purchase both vehicles on that day. We received great deals on both cars. I came in on Saturday to drive a vehicle they had advertised. The car was ready for the drive and was able to take it soon after I arrived. When I finished I asked a few questions about it and left. For that day there were no discussions on price and no pushy sales tactics. I continued communication with Charles the next day where the discussion turned to price and we were able to make a deal. During the purchase, the information was laid out in front of me and both Charles and Terry were able to effectively articulate answers and alleviate any concerns I had regarding the sale of the vehicle.
