Quick, Awesome, Responsive Hi had an annual B2 service pending and my reason to find a new service center. Of course I was also glad it was free as covered by warranty but they went out of their way to find the root cause and fix it. I wish they provided a loaner though which they only do if you buy the car from them. But they do provide free shuttle service within a 10 mile radius which is pretty awesome. More

Failure to record my scheduled appointment. I scheduled an appointment with one of the service operators for a factory repair on the door locking system on a day when I could obtain a loaner veh I scheduled an appointment with one of the service operators for a factory repair on the door locking system on a day when I could obtain a loaner vehicle for transportation back to my residence. When I arrived at the service center, there was no record of my appointment and no loaners available. The service was complete successfully but the I was very disappointed that my scheduled appointment was not on the service books and I had find other transportation back to my residence. More
