Their patience and not pushing the sale and waiting for us to be ready to make the purchase is something that is no expected from the pressures of car sales. Once they found the car we wanted and fit in our budget Chris refused to sell it to us because my wife wasn’t totally satisfied with it. He found a comparable car and made the family so happy. I cannot stop telling people what a great dealership you guys are. We are customers for life. It feel corny saying this, but you guys are not selling cars. You are making relationships. Great experience; both Liz and Johnny I came in with a flat tire late on a Friday and Liz was amazing. Because I was having a difficult day she went the extra mile for me. I also worked with Johnny Chan in sales that day looking at a new vehicle and he was professional and responsive. He worked with me on my requests, listened and since I was on a tight timeline helped to get me out of there in a reasonable timeframe. Very caring and helpful.
