The rep, Bill, said they “never checked it,” and the service manager never returned my call. I trusted this dealership for professional service… Now I’m left with a safety issue and zero accountability. Very disappointed and won’t be returning. More

Sasha handled the initial vehicle intake, explaining the process clearly and setting a positive tone for the visit. Afterward, Trevor provided a fantastic follow-up. He thoroughly explained the diagnosis, detailing exactly what had happened with my vehicle and the steps required for repair. His ability to communicate complex issues so nicely and his reassuring manner kept my mind completely at ease.
