We have dealt with this dealership for over forty years and I could not think of a better place to buy a car or have it serviced. Bill Bellecourt is our current service advisor and when our check engine l and I could not think of a better place to buy a car or have it serviced. Bill Bellecourt is our current service advisor and when our check engine light when on, I called Bill and he explained why we should bring our car in to have it checked which he set up the same day. The problem was a bad coil and spark plug and we had the problem fixed and also did the service which was about due all in a few hours. Great service!! More

Brought my low-mile, garage-kept, well maintained Mercedes to Mercedes-Benz of Seattle (Airport Way) for a simple airbag recall. Picked it up with a dead blower motor and a $2,000 repair estimate, even though the A/C worked perfectly before. The rep, Bill, said they “never checked it,” and the service manager never returned my call. I trusted this dealership for professional service… Now I’m left with a safety issue and zero accountability. Very disappointed and won’t be returning. More
