We bought an 04 Sprinter the last week in April and spent over 3 months on the road with it. Needed service because over 12,000 miles driven. All was done while wife, dog, and I sat in lounge with cookies/coffee. All checked out and serviced and on the road by 1:00. Thanks More
Hottest day and coolest car I had been looking for a newer smart car for quite a while. Mercedes Benz of Seattle had exactly the perfect smart car for me. Gave me a great tradein on my 2008 that wasn't equipped with ac or blue tooth options. I drove away in a cool, 2015 yellow smart car on one of the hottest days this summer 98 degrees. Josia Evan's gave me many options but he knew I would only be happy if I found the exact car at a good price. This company, I believe, understands happy customers are return customers. I am and will continue to be. More

Exceptional service I went in for a service for my Smart Car. It was not surprisingly perfect from end to end. They keep track of everything in and about your car. Long wait time and second key issue still not addressed I've bought several cars at other dealerships before, but the process took us in excess of 3.5 hours. Appreciate the fact that all relevant parties stayed until past 10pm at night, but the length of the time spent is excessive. On another matter, was not made aware that the car only had one key, but in any case, shouldn't a dealership of that status at least be willing to reprogram another key for a customer? My request for the same has not been addressed yet. More
