Sasha explained everything my car needed in a clear and straightforward way, and I really appreciated that he pointed out a couple of current offers I wasn't aware of that helped things go more smoothly. He kept me updated the entire time without me having to check in, and it was obvious that he truly cares about providing great service. I also loved that I received a tech video during the service that walked me through what was being done on the car. It made everything feel transparent and gave me a lot of confidence in the work. It’s not often you meet someone who combines solid expertise with such genuine kindness. Sasha made my annual service feel completely seamless and surprisingly positive.
