The quality of service is fast declining After the service, the car was washed leaving cloth strips in the fender joints. I discovered them when I arrived home. They were hard to remove due t After the service, the car was washed leaving cloth strips in the fender joints. I discovered them when I arrived home. They were hard to remove due to the length of the strips. Last summer, when a left side light bulb was replaced by the "fast service experts", they had removed the handbrake release. When I received the car, the handbrake release was hanging loose. I went back to the "outside fast service", they somehow fastened it in. After driving a few weeks, I noticed that the brake release was not working properly. As time went by, it just got worst. Finally, I made an appointment to find out what is wrong. To my surprise, my service advisor (by the way, Bill is a very nice knowledgeable advisor) told me that the "unit has to be replaced. So it was. The job was completed in 2hrs, as promised, at the cost of $ 591.50 (Excluding tax)! $412.50 for a maximum of 2 hrs work! The part cost was $179.00. Well, do you want me to be happy with it? The hourly rate for the labor is $206.25. I sure can't recommend the car nor service to anyone. Lia Gredzens, CPA(retired) More

My car had an issue that was extended warranty and I chose the Seattle dealership because of the disappointing service from dealerships own by Autonation (Jeep and Mercedes). Stori was able to get me in a week earlier, helped me understand the process as my car had to be towed in. She texted me to let me know it arrived, let me know when the tech evaluated it, when it was being serviced and when it was done. She originally gave me an estimate of Monday 12/10 but was done by Friday 12/7. I should say my car is a 2007 CLS550 that belonged to my son, a police officer and veteran who received a Purple Heart in the Battle of Mogadishu. I love this car and even though it is 11 years old, I am overjoyed I was treated with new car service. I have an extended warranty through July 2019, I will definitely be coming back for scheduled service and check up before that ends. More

I was prepared to stay the day in case the service took a while, but both my 1 year/10,000 mile service and the replacement of a differential pressure sensor for my Sprinter van were completed in about 3 hours and I was on my way. This visit was at no cost to me; the service was covered under my original purchase agreement, and the pressure sensor was a warranty repair. More

Isaac responded right away, answered the few questions we had and sold us the car. We were also pleased with Rachel Abielmona and her efforts to make the transaction itself go smoothly. We'd recommend paying attention to details, our car was delivered without a rear wiper blade and required a trip back. More
