People are nice enough but the service sucks! Took my vehicle there for recall work that was done half way. Check engine light was left on. Took it back after the repairs didnt take and a wheel sensor failed. All warranty work, but they let my vehicle sit for over a week and nothing done. Tried to tell me they couldn't do anything to it because of aftermarket upgrades. Its sprinter motorhome built by a Mercedes authorized builder. I picked the van up and drove it home after they didnt even call me after a week. It died near a rest area where I caught an uber to get the needed failed wheel sensor. Fixed it myself and got it home. Checked my on board camera and there was no footage of one person even attempting to repair it, but they wanted to charge me 400 dollars anyway. I will be filing a complaint and trying to get my money back for a warranty part. Im not impressed with this place. They are all show and no go. More

Sasha, was very courteous and took great care in checking me in. Service has always been great but one thing I feel that employees need to work on is when a customer walks into the service desk area is that me in. DENNIS DID A GOOD at keeping me informed and going over all the work done. The service wrk was fine. The vehicle is a Sprinter. The dealership left it where the rear of the vehicle and the rear bumper a all the work done. The service wrk was fine. The vehicle is a Sprinter. Mercedes_Benz of Seattle should be embarrassed and ashamed to have a vehicle, one that was perfectly clean when it arrived for service, leave looking like my Sprinter. Really? My Mercedes was vandalized and sent to the dealership for repair. My insurance company was less than helpful. This dealership went out of their way to contact my insurance (more than once) company send pictu repair. My insurance company was less than helpful. This dealership went out of their way to contact my insurance (more than once) company send pictures (more than once) explain charges (more than once) and to contact me to explain everything. They were always kind and understanding and very professional to me throughout the over 2 months it took to deal with my insurance company. They stood up for me when the insurance company said they would not pay for Mercedes parts. I would most definitely recommend the parts and service department. From the top down, these folks were there for me! More
