Mr. Rubinchikov, our General Sales Manager has called and tried to speak with you twice regarding this situation, so I hope that you will take a moment to read this. First of all, please accept our humble apologies for the confusion regarding the 2023 EQS 580 and for any inconvenience that it may have caused. That particular vehicle had attracted quite a bit of attention and another customer was in the process of purchasing it when you called to ask about it. The person who answered the phone was unaware of this fact when they took your call. Unfortunately, the computer inventory system can take several hours to update, and since our showroom is so large, someone on one side will have no way of knowing what another person on the other side of the room is doing. This particular vehicle was a one-of-a-kind item since it was a former service loaner so, this was why the deal on it was so attractive. Unfortunately, we didn't have a comparable vehicle - showing you the 2024 EQS 450 was the next closest option. We understand your time is valuable, and I hope you can understand that If the sales consultant who answered your call had known that the EQS 580 was being sold, they would never have asked you to come down. Again, I apologize for the confusion. If you would like to discuss this further with one of our store managers, please let me know and I will have them reach out to you again.
