Brian at Mercedes of Seattle is amazing! Brian took really great care of me when I had an issue with my car the first time I brought it to him. So when I needed to take my car into service I Brian took really great care of me when I had an issue with my car the first time I brought it to him. So when I needed to take my car into service I thought of Brian. He told me what needed to be done now and what I could probably wait to do until the next service. He also changes my brake light. I also told him my concerns on my tires and mentioned that a tire store said that I needed all four tires replaced. Brian re-confirmed that I only needed two replaced told me they had them in stock and could do it that day and saved me half of what I was going to pay. Even though I bought my Mercedes at a different dealership I will always take my car to Mercedes of Seattle off of airport way. I trust Brian and his team and that goes a long way with me. More

Quick, Awesome, Responsive Hi had an annual B2 service pending and my reason to find a new service center. Of course I was also glad it was free as covered by warranty but they went out of their way to find the root cause and fix it. I wish they provided a loaner though which they only do if you buy the car from them. But they do provide free shuttle service within a 10 mile radius which is pretty awesome. More
