Buying a car never has been more professional, more pleasant or more economically satisfying, quite a different experience than customary. The salesman was informed, friendly, truly helpful and NOT try pleasant or more economically satisfying, quite a different experience than customary. The salesman was informed, friendly, truly helpful and NOT trying to pressure a sale. The sale closer also was quite professional, easy-going and easy to deal with. I bought the car for a good price within 15 minutes and have enjoyed superb post-sale support and follow-up. I could not recommend the dealership more highly. Moreover, before even visiting the dealer I checked their reputation with a couple of acquaintances and received the same A+ rating from them, so I don't think my experience is unusual. Good cars deserve good representation by the dealer and Mercedes certainly has a winner at Prime Motors. More
This dealer sent out a letter indicating that they were very interested in buying late model cars and that they would pay "full market value". They further stated that any car whether owned, leased or bein very interested in buying late model cars and that they would pay "full market value". They further stated that any car whether owned, leased or being paid for qualified. I visited the dealership because I had been thinking of doing something anyway. My car at the time was about a year and a half old, in pristine condition but for two tires that needed replacement and a cleaning. Their offer was for $25,000, a full $10,000 below Kelly Blue Book value! And I might add, that's almost exactly 50% depreciation on a 1.5 year old car. You could conclude that the legendary Mercedes resale value is a thing of the past, or that Ira is just another Massachusetts sheister coming to pick the pockets of the people of Maine. You can probably guess where I come down on that. More
