This was my first visit and first purchase from Prime Mercedes Benz. I ended up buying a Ford Explorer, but I will definitely be returning when I am ready to purchase a Mercedes! The high level of custom Mercedes Benz. I ended up buying a Ford Explorer, but I will definitely be returning when I am ready to purchase a Mercedes! The high level of customer service and professionalism demonstrated by the entire staff is noticeable from the moment you arrive. Within a few minutes of browsing I was greeted by Sandy and we test drove the 2 vehicles I was interested in, a Jeep and the Explorer. Even though this was a Mercedes dealership I didn't feel any pressure from Sandy, or anyone else, to test drive a Mercedes or that they were trying to up-sell me a more expensive vehicle. The following day I returned to purchase my vehicle and it was very busy, but the staff made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and being helped. Sandy was able to put a very fair deal together and deliver the vehicle the same day. As corny as it sounds, my husband and I consider the people at Prime Motors just like family (at times perhaps better)! Although there are so many nice cars out in the market, there are not as many dea people at Prime Motors just like family (at times perhaps better)!
