I stopped by on a Tuesday afternoon to look into a used E-class. I spent 10 minutes in the showroom, nobody approached me. There was another customer waiting for their sales person, apparently they had som E-class. I spent 10 minutes in the showroom, nobody approached me. There was another customer waiting for their sales person, apparently they had some after the sale issue. Their sales person was in the back somewhere and was reminded 3 times over 20 minutes that they had a customer waiting for them. Their saleslady finally came out, was a bit rude and disappeared a minute later. The saleslady didn't offer to help me, just disappeared in the back again. The customer left, not looking very happy. I went outside and looked at some of the cars in the lot, spent about 5 minutes, then back in the showroom for another 5 minutes. One salesman was wondering around the sales floor talking on his cell phone regaling to someone his weekend adventures. Another salesman was talking to his wife about the kids were going to be doing that evening. There was a person in a glass enclosed office who looked up at me several times... never got up to offer any help. After about 25 minutes of no help, I finally left. I sent an email to the dealership manager about my experience, I received no reply. More
I saw the C300 on the internet and on a whim stopped by the dealership. The salesman, Jared, was friendly, up front and very honest. He took time to take a test drive with my husband and I and then spent the dealership. The salesman, Jared, was friendly, up front and very honest. He couldn't have been more helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed working with him and recommend him to anyone. It was a very professionally operated dealership with experienced and knowledgeable salesmen. They didn't have the exact vehicle I wanted on their lot and worked diligently to find me just what I asked for! I was extremely impressed when he personally delivered my new car to me at my home and spent as much time as was needed to go over in detail the options on the car. We found the dealer very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. reasonably low pressure ,and willing to go out of their way to assist us. Carl, in particular, was a great help to us. I called this dealership looking for a new 2008 mercedes CL550 that they had listed on the internet. I spoke with Kathy and discussed the car and price that I wanted. She was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the entire transaction. I explained that I was very nervous about buying a high end car sight unseen. I asked her to e-mail me numerous pictures. She sent all the photos that I asked for. Dan (the sales manager) also assured me that the car was in perfect condition. This entire transaction was done long distance without me ever entering the dealership. The car was delivered two days later in a closed truck. It was wrapped in two blankets like a baby. This was totally a great experience. I would highly reccommend Prime motor cars. Work with Kathy, she's great! More
I was not entirely serious about purchasing a car at this time and was waivering between a mercedes and a BMW - and leaning toward the BMW. However, after the time that the sales person (Kathy)took to allow me to review, test drive, and negotiate - I ended up choosing the benz. Kathy was exceelent in terms of service - not aggressive but did her best to understand my needs, and then match me with an appropriate vehicle. She followed up with me periodically - but was not annoying or pressuring whatsover. I am thrilled about my car and extremely pleased with the service that I received from Kathy - and also from her Manager Robert, who was consulted periodically through the sales process. Great team, classy car! I am thrilled about my experience and my car of course! More
My experience at this dealership was superb from beginning to end. I came looking for a used Honda that had been listed on Craig's list by the dealership. The ending is that I am now happily driving my car and loving it. I was treated with respect and consideration by Carl and by the other folks I dealt with. They were able to get me the best financing deal around, they explained everything to me clearly and without even a hint of pressure; pressure was not even an issue. My aspiration is to come back and by a Mercedes someday, just so I can deal with these folks again. They made the experience not only free of stress, but downright pleasurable. More
Carl was very helpful in our purchase as it was done sight unseen over the telephone and internet. The car was shipped to us and arrived as described; an immaculate vehicle with no damage. I recently leased a new E350 Sport 4MATIC. I was coming off a 3 year lease of another E350. My experience was very postive. I felt like the whole company was rooting for me to have the new car. I kept at it due to a strong sales and service team. Having the MB is truely a different experience. As an aside I was in "the Port" one day last summer and the owner saw me and Thanked me for owning a MB. I thought that was very special!! Thank you Mr. Rosenberg. More
After three new car purchases, it is dangerous for me to visit Prime Mercedes in Scarborough. Just ask my wife! It is dangerous because the staff is so gracious and laid-back, so relaxed yet so thorough and competent, and the products are so exciting that I fear I'll see yet another Mercedes that I'll just HAVE to buy! When we bought our first Mercedes, Ira Rosenberg hugged us. Talk about accessible! The owner of the whole dealership chain hugged us -- us! That chuckling, jovial guy you see on TV is the real Ira: an elegant gentleman who wants each customer delighted. And he picks his staff people for their dedication to his beliefs. The sales team of Robert and Sandy treat Linda and me as if we were blood relatives. No, they treat us better than blood relatives! Their motivation seems to be that they want to do any and every thing they can so that we leave happier than we arrived. No pressure. No "pitch." No "push," only contagiously enthusiastic people who are there to serve their customers. My delight in visiting Prime Mercedes is in very sharp contrast to my feelings when I even hear the NAME of another German luxury car dealer in the community. Stick with a winner -- go to Prime. It's all about relationships and the relationship we have with Prime Motors is fantastic. And the cars are just amazing! The cars are second in line in importance after the people and the cars more than impress. The technology, the smoothness, the absolute luxury of the product line does not need my humble endorsement: it is world-famous. Not known for being shy, perhaps I've rambled on a bit too much, but walking into a car dealership is a bit of a crap shoot. Everybody sells cars.
