Mijin, I apologize that we cannot seem to communicate well with each other. We have no choice in a situation like this other than to present the facts after we've done a thorough review of your visit. We reached out multiple times asking you to return our rental vehicle per the rental contract. The first time, we were notified that it was illegally parked in a construction zone and about to be towed. The second time, we offered to return your vehicle to you and pick up the rental car, at which time you could not be available. There was a miscommunication in your location which is why we had asked you to update your review. We were trying to be accommodating to your busy schedule and to our future customer that the loaner was scheduled for. I apologize for the frustration and hope that you have a better day.
