Visiting from out of town - saved the day! I was visiting Maine from out of town and had a completely flat tire. Prime Motor got me in right away and got me a new tire and had me back on my wa I was visiting Maine from out of town and had a completely flat tire. Prime Motor got me in right away and got me a new tire and had me back on my way quickly. Special thanks to service advisor, Nick, and the whole service team for getting me in and out on short notice. Follow up to July 28th review "Xtra Charges" from Merc4life I initially wrote my review with a perception that I felt I had been "double charged" for some of my service. Prime Mercedes did reach out to me and I initially wrote my review with a perception that I felt I had been "double charged" for some of my service. Prime Mercedes did reach out to me and explained the charges. One of the charges was debated and I was ultimately provided with a credit, which I felt was a fair solution. The fact that they reached back out to me after my review, is a testament to how much they care about satisfying their customers. I rated the dealer a 4 out of 5 stars because they did make a mistake which I needed to "catch". Otherwise I would have paid for it and no one would have been the wiser. This is a good dealership and they perform a lot of service. They are honest and do try to make things right. They are human so they can and will make mistakes. My advice is to discuss your bills with the service manager in detail. More
