They handled a difficult problem with GLC squeaking breaks in a reasonable way and did not require me to pay until I had a chance to drive the car for a number of days and was satisfied. Nick and Brandi are fabulous. I must admit that I don’t like my car. From the time I bought it I was a bit disappointed. I was told I had the garage door opening feature in this model and that was not the like my car. From the time I bought it I was a bit disappointed. I was told I had the garage door opening feature in this model and that was not the case. My ECO feature continues to not work. Nick explained it very well. However, it’s still frustrating Lastly, they wash you car after service and it looks like a child did it! It’s all in the details. You’ve got to care about what you do and produce. Honestly, I will look to go back to a Lexus. I’m just not happy with my car. More
