The place is clean and the workers are friendly. The salespeople are professional and they never put any pressure on me to buy a car. I have been working with the best sales professional , Tony. He impressed me from the first time I met him because he really knew the car models- all the details and he explains the nuances of the cars well. The service department is also exceptional and they always get the repairs done right. The dealership makes the customer feel special and I like that very much. More
Service after the recall was completed, I was told van was ready. Tony Dragoni (Sales) and Bruce Wolf (Sales Manager) went out of their way to turn what was already a good deal into a great one. It was obvious they valued my business. And of course there is the car itself. I’m in love with my E350 Wagon - it has surpassed my expectations- as did Prime Motor Cars. The next car I’ll buy will most certainly be a Mercedes Benz. And Prime Motor Cars is where I’ll be buying it. More

Service I, stupidly, had an after market radio installed in my Mercedes Airstream Sprinter RV ( because the radio in the $150k vehicle sucked), and after havi I, stupidly, had an after market radio installed in my Mercedes Airstream Sprinter RV ( because the radio in the $150k vehicle sucked), and after having battery problems because of the install, I succumbed and brought to the only Sprinter authorized dealer w/i a 100 miles of me... Prime Motors in Scarborough ME. I told them that I needed to reinstall the factory radio and have it back by Monday afternoon ( because it was scheduled to go on a trip). They told me it would be ready anytime after 4:00 on Monday . I went to pick it up and after paying them almost $1,900, I discovered that the radio had not be installed! They told me that because an after market dealer had “re-wired” the radio, they would not touch it. I responded that that was the reason I brought it there, they just lied to me. So frustrating to have a vehicle that only a select few can work on it and then to have them screw you because of it is very frustrating . PS... I have no issues with the service technicians, they know their stuff. It’s the management that is just interested in screwing you out of as much money as possible and they will lie through their teeth to get it. More
Pricing off the charts!!! I had normal Spring inspection done on my Mercedes E550 and was flabbergasted by the $1000 bill to do a normal inspection of working parts and simple I had normal Spring inspection done on my Mercedes E550 and was flabbergasted by the $1000 bill to do a normal inspection of working parts and simple parts such as break pads, tire pressure, ball joints fluid levels brakes, and filters The dealership has jacked their labor rates to $170 per hour. That is enough to make me go elsewhere. More

This was my first luxury experience and it was 2nd to none. I was never pushed or rushed. Tina took half the day to spend with me and discussed all options that were right for me and my family. She was sweet, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. Bruce from finance worked with me to get me the deal i needed and wanted to feel satisfied. I wouldn't change anything about my experience... except maybe buying from them sooner! More
