I understand your frustration but you neglected to mention in your review that your vehicle was towed to us not running because it would not start after the radio installer began their work and much of the bill was for getting the vehicle running again and replacing the house batteries that were dead and deformed from being frozen at some point. All work you approved. Regrading the radio, our available tech hours are pre-scheduled so when you left your vehicle we assumed it was a normal radio install (approximately an hours time to reinstall) but what we found was the wiring had all been cut and a hole was drilled through the firewall in a misguided attempt to wire the new after-market radio. It's a real mess that would require rewiring the vehicle back to factory specs and we wouldn't know if there was any component damage until that was completed. That technician time was not available and we should have notified you of that before you arrived to pick your vehicle up, we apologize for that.
