Airbag recall Made an appointment with Tom Cook to get multiple airbag recalls done at once. He told me that they had one part on order and the others were in house Made an appointment with Tom Cook to get multiple airbag recalls done at once. He told me that they had one part on order and the others were in house. I was told the on order part would be on hand by the time I would bring the car in. He also told me that I could have a shuttle take me somewhere or have a loaner. I get to the dealership for my appointment, he tells me that that it would take 6+ hours for the recalls, which I was aware of. I asked for a loaner, and was told I could pay for a rental or take a shuttle . The shuttle took over an hour and a half to pick me up to bring me home. Before I left I told Tom to have a shuttle at my house for 3pm, by then my car should have been ready. A shuttle never arrived, and there was no phone call to update me either. I called Tom at 3:30 to find out the status of the car and my shuttle . I was informed that the car was all set and a shuttle would be heading to me shortly. 5 pm comes around and still no shuttle. Tom calls to tell me they were backed up and I would have a shuttle there by 6. 6 pm comes and still nothing. Tom calls to tell me I would have to wait til tomorrow to get a shuttle to the dealership, as he no longer has a driver. He said he called an Uber as well but they backed out. I needed the car for the next morning. He was told to have the car delivered to me ASAP, which Tom did do. Once the car was in my driveway he also informed me that there still is a recall for the on order airbag. He Never informed me of this on any of our calls. He told me in person that he would give a call once the parts are here, it has been over a month and I still have a recall and still NO call from Tom. I am very disappointed in the service that we received. And would not recommend going to Prime if it can be avoided. More

I leave a message with front desk, but don't get a call until shortly before they close. I'm already disappointed that this car is so often in the shop. Don't make it so frustrating to get it fixed. I must say it was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. They were very attentive and offered fresh pastries and several different beverages. Everyone was smiling and friendly. After the work was done they even offered a courtesy wash. They were just great. Tom from service was very caring, friendly and professional. He made me feel like part of the family!! Just a great experience! More

Excellent service from my sales person Spencer Roe. Spencer’ did a great job in explaining how to use the car with all the features and he hooked up my iPhone to the car.
