Service on 11/26/19 Having experienced trouble in the past, I made an appointment for scheduled service several weeks in advance with a request for a loaner. I was assur Having experienced trouble in the past, I made an appointment for scheduled service several weeks in advance with a request for a loaner. I was assured that I would have one. Still stinging from a previous experience, I called on Friday to confirm my appointment and the availability of a loaner. Again, I was assured of both. I arrived only to find that there were no loaners. After a 10 minute wait, I was driven 20 minutes down the road to Enterprise. After a lot of paper work and a $50 deposit, I was on my way in an ENORMOUS car. Initially, I was told that my car would be ready at 1. Jason (I believe that's the name of the service person) called at about 11 to tell me that my car wouldn't be ready until "end of day". I offered 2 options - I take the loaner home and Prime will return my car to me on Wednesday or I come and get my car and they come to Boothbay Harbor to pick it up for service and return it. Jason (?) called back to assure me that my car would be ready by 3 and it was. This could have been avoided if I had been warned that there might not be a loaner or that I would have to go to Enterprise. It was the element of surprise that was frustrating. More
