I bring my car there to get a key programming they keep my car there for over 3 weeks my advisor Joshua Bath never call me to give me and update on my car I’m the one who keep calling every other day they my car there for over 3 weeks my advisor Joshua Bath never call me to give me and update on my car I’m the one who keep calling every other day they change stuff in car that don’t need to changed I ordered the new key to the dealership when the key come they call me and I schedule and appointment for the key to be programing instead using the new key they keep reprogramming the old key after that bad experience I had with Mercedes Benz in Scarborough I will never bring my car there for service or buy anything there More

It started off great. . it was a nice area vs the double wide last time. And my $1000 service was complete in just over an hour which was great. At 12:14 my service advisor . it was a nice area vs the double wide last time. And my $1000 service was complete in just over an hour which was great. At 12:14 my service advisor informed me that my car was done but needed a front tire replaced to pass inspection. We discussed and ultimately I agreed the safety hazard should be addressed immediately. She returned a short time later to report that my technician had gone to lunch so she would try to find someone else. What’s the thought process here? I would come back another day, is it an issue or not? To no avail, she said it would be about an hour, to mount a tire. At the hour and fifteen minute mark and my advisor no where to be found, I inquired as to the status. It was reported that he was just finishing the balancing and shouldn’t be much longer. What? The entire three hours + time I sat there .. not one once offered me a test drive, loaner, ride somewhere… huge missed opportunity. Do car dealerships try to sell cars? I would have really enjoyed the chance to see latest and greatest I am due for an upgrade. Also your service advisors need to learn some tact, if a customer with an out of warranty Mercedes still comes to Mercedes for service, a printed estimate upon arrival will be adequate. We don’t need to whisper about the price. More
