They never came and picked my car up I had the keys in the car all day in my yard. No phone calls or explanations as to why the car wasn't being picked up, I gave them another chance to make things right this is why I buy my cars in Boston and don't deal with anyone in Maine because it's always a xxxxshow over there!! Extremely rude and poor customer service. I mean they confirmed the email with me three times then I call to confirm with them my pickup when out of my way to get my car to make sure that it was parked ready for them allegedly at 8:00 in the morning to be picked up and be back the end of the day and they never even showed up!! I mean seriously pathetic!! You need to go out of Maine for good customer service!!! More
After my vehicle was in service all day without being touched, Mark Watson saw that I was upset. He immediately went into assist mode. He ensured I got a loaner vehicle and my vehicle was fixed the nex touched, Mark Watson saw that I was upset. He immediately went into assist mode. Went in for a recall on my sprinter van and they have excellent service department Scott Joys went way out of his way to accommodate and repair issues with the sprinter that I was not aware of. Outrageous labor charge for 2 hours 20 minutes of work = $720.22 for routine maintenance. Refunded 10%. Stated didn't have an "hourly rate" . Poor communication.
