I have been using Mercedes of Scarborough. Maine since .2007. Never had I ever had problems. Everyone is wonderful. They are polite, considerate of my needs, and it seems they really enjoy wor Maine since .2007. Never had I ever had problems. Everyone is wonderful. They are polite, considerate of my needs, and it seems they really enjoy working there. They are always making sure you dont need any help. My cars are always repaired the first time. But I have had 2007, a 2014, a 2016 and 2019. None have needed repairing except for small things like oil and filter changes and inspection stickers. A few things needed repairs but nothing serious. There waiting room is adequate with a wide screen ( I think it's a 55 inch ) , pastries, coffee, soda, juice, and hot chocolate. The seats are padded and comfortable. The staff is very knowledgeable about what they sell.and repair. They even have their own car wash that was built 2 years ago. You can have them take your car through the automatic car wash any time. Also, their prices ( discounts) are always great. I keep going back and buying cars. I even pre-ordered the new EQS 4wheel drive. That's an all electric S class. I can't wait until it arrives. Don't be afraid to use Mercedes for all your needs. More

My ML350 is in it's later years, and I really appreciate how Mohammed helps me through the right service plan for a 10 yr old Die with my service.
