I have purchased Mercedes from several different Mercedes dealers in different States. Mercedes of Scarborough is the best as they have very friendly and professional staffs and a customer lobby with great selection of snacks and drinks! More

We found a used car online and scheduled an appointment with Christian to look at the vehicle. When we got there he strolled out like a moody teenager and informed us that he only had 10 minutes to spare b with Christian to look at the vehicle. When we got there he strolled out like a moody teenager and informed us that he only had 10 minutes to spare because they were closing soon ( again, this was a scheduled meeting). We asked if we could take it for a test drive and he said “I can’t let you drive it, it hasn’t been through the shop”. This information would have been great to know before we took the time to drive there. We drove over an hour to get there to have our time completely wasted. He was completely unapologetic and just strolled back in to stand around laughing with his buddies. So if you’re thinking about shopping for a car there consider making an appointment with someone other than Christian. Hopefully the other employees are able to offer better customer service. More
I took a rare 2007 AMG63 to Mercedes Benz of Scarborough. It was a pretty bad experience and will detail it below. I brought it in so it could be fixed up good enough to pass state inspection as I bought it used. I received a call saying they sold the loaner car I was in and asked when I could pick up the car. ( not sure why/how you would sell a car not in your possession but hey all good) They had my car for 8+ weeks and the service was not complete when I went to pick up my car. Firstly I pull off the lot and the check engine light was still on. That’s one of the reasons I brought the car there in the first place 🤦🏽♂️. They claimed it was a part that was broken when they were fixing the car and they would fix it. So I end up leaving the car again. A week later I get the call that the car is ready show up and another part that was supposed to be replaced and paid for was not. I didn’t notice the first time because the top was up and you can only see the panel when to top is down. So I tell the service advisor and she says that they will send someone up to fix it. They arrive to my house to fix it and can fully fix it because “they didn’t have the tools” like what mechanic doesn’t have tools? So at this point the car is still un finished and I’ll just have someone else fix it. So now the temp registration is up so I go get the car registered and take it for a state inspection locally and the left rearward cross strut has play and needs to be replace in order to pass a state inspection. Like what the xxxx 5200 dollars worth of work and 400+ of that is an inspection fee and you fix the top strut left for 615 dollars located next to the cross rearward strut and DONT notice that? Mercedes Bens? One of the top of the line brands? I’m just baffled and frustrated and disappointed at the lack of attention to detail and care. I have resorted to emailing back in forth with them as they do not answer my calls or return them. I think they see the number and forward it to voicemail. At this point I may just have to take it up with the BBB. More
