Horrible communication! Josh saved the day for us. Our car was there for months. Ben was horrible with answering his phone. But had no problem calling on a Friday at five then not answer. A service manager should have a general mechanical knowledge minimum. After months of poor communication. And no loaner vehicle. I had to call there other dealer and speak with Danielle who got on top of it and even she struggled to get communication out of them. But finally josh called me and vowed to get to the bottom of the issue. Two days later our car was done after 2.5 months. Thank you Josh! Go back to Wiers. More

Scott was great and so were the techs . Not only did they catch a major fix that was covered under the benz warranty, but They even fixed my heat I’ve been battling since I day1. 1000x bet Not only did they catch a major fix that was covered under the benz warranty, but They even fixed my heat I’ve been battling since I day1. 1000x better than Manchester benz! Worst sales and customer service experience of my life at this dealership. After repeated visits to this dealership as a prospective new MB customer, lots of time spent, financial disclosures completed, etc. this dealership. After repeated visits to this dealership as a prospective new MB customer, lots of time spent, financial disclosures completed, etc.. and an agreement on a deal that was approved for finance and ready to sign - the sales team completerly dropped the ball and failed to bring the agreed upon vehicle from another dealership. The team never completed the necessary follow up, never got back to me with either "we won't be able to do it" or "we're sorry it won't work out but here's another option" or "we are still working on it". Just never heard from them again. I was able to close on a (better) deal with a different out of state dealership over the phone in 24 hours on New Years Day for the same vehicle these people couldn't obtain . It wasn't that hard. And I was offered national incentives at the new dealer that were never presented to me at the Scarborough dealership. Two weeks later and I have not heard a word from either the rep or the sales manager who had assured me that obtaining the vehicle was "just a push of the button" away! Tried to reach out to the GM during the process - she never responded. Shame on you all. More
