I was shocked when I got the bill because I prepaid for the 90000 mile service 4 years ago when I was offered both th 80k and 90k service. I was not told of any time limit on using this service. When I tried to schedule the 80k service it took me 3months to get an appointment. Had I been told that the service had a time limit I would never had bought it because I only drive the car about 5k miles a year on this vehicle. The service representative was kind enough to give me a 10% discount but this has made me very upset and unless this dealership resolves this with me I will never return for any service or when I am ready to purchase another vehicle. I have been a loyal customer to this dealership for 11 years and I hate to see it end like this.

Hi Jackie, I appreciate you taking the time to reach out. As we had spoken at length, I am fully aware of the established concerns and we take your safety very seriously. I know that some of what has transpired was well within our control. There was absolutely no reason that you should have received subpar courtesy vehicles that required cleaning and fuel. Communication from the advisor to you should have been better. At no point should any client be left to wonder or worry about the status of their vehicle during service. Now to the heart of the matter, and I mean the words stated when I never want any client to feel unsafe in their vehicle. We will always follow the process prescribed by the manufacturer to ensure that we have applied all of the information available to us to ensure that we feel a vehicle is safe and operating as designed by Mercedes-Benz when we release it back to you. We never want you in an unsafe position and can certainly empathize when and if a circumstance may arise where the vehicle would require an unscheduled service call. I will make myself available to you at any point you require and do what I and my staff can in any capacity when your vehicle may require service.
