Bought a Basecamp from them. Hot water has never worked. After 6 weeks and charging me to replace circuit board, they said sorry can't fix it go to Airstream of Lebanon. Had our Winnebago View RV on a Mercedes Sprinter chassis in for recall work, and Sprinter service manager Sam Hersom did his usual wonderful job taking care of us.
