I ended up here after ML 350 had an issue, 2 hours from home. Neal, my service manager was prompt, answered all my questions patiently, and handled the recall I’d needed done. Being out of state, I’d expected to be shuffled around, without a thorough investigation into the problem. I was so pleasantly surprised: the print out I received with the measurements of all critical functioning pieces of my vehicle was outstanding. The text with a video of my vehicle, what they found and how was so helpful! If I lived closer this would be my service department. More

As I can tell, Service was completed as expected . Employees were polite and cooperative. Only thing we asked is they wipe it down after wash because we are extremely fussy.
