From the time I initiated contact with the dealership, they make you feel at home. Like you've known them forever. What blew my mind was seeing the General Manager Brandi working on the sales floor with h they make you feel at home. Like you've known them forever. What blew my mind was seeing the General Manager Brandi working on the sales floor with her team. She took calls, answered emails, worked transactions and even took the time to have a meaningful conversation. The Sales Manager, Spencer, was very accommodating and easy to work with. The whole team was! Then there is Sydney, my sales representative. This young lady really knows the product they sell! Add to it she's very tech savvy and helps you with setting up the Mercedes app. Sydney is very thorough and made sure I was happy at the completion of the transaction and followed up with me a few days later. This team is amazing! More
