The dealership is great and my service advisor is top notch! While I appreciate your concierge service, we received a call from a very upset person who told us that he had nearly been run off the road by my vehicle while in your care. My office spoke with your servic call from a very upset person who told us that he had nearly been run off the road by my vehicle while in your care. My office spoke with your service manager Nick who dismissed the complaint as fabricated or exaggerated. We very rarely hear complaints from people about our driving and when someone takes the time to call with the license plate number of the vehicle we take it seriously. I am surprised and disappointed that your dealership chose not to investigate or even consider investigating. This will have an impact on your trustworthiness in our eyes More
