They took 4 days to do a simple oil change and top off vital fluids then charged me $390 for this service. My Airstream Atlas was repaired - 2 stars. Communication was essentially nonexistent- 0 stars. Our previous service rep (Scott) was conscientious and responsive. Our new representative (Sam Communication was essentially nonexistent- 0 stars. Our previous service rep (Scott) was conscientious and responsive. Our new representative (Sam) is neither. I tried to verify that the repair work was completed and make arrangements to retrieve the RV for a week without a single response. Eventually, I reached Dave who confirmed that it could be picked up. I also asked that the technician who completed the electrical work call me to go over what was causing the main fuse to burn out. I am still waiting. More
This dealership would be nothing and I’d take my business if it were not for people like Mohamed. There’s been too many changes as of late and seeing too many new faces (employees). My appointment was at 2:30pm and when i got there someone checked in my car and helped me go through the process. After verifying my car, they came and explain to me everything that was checked, i even recei checked in my car and helped me go through the process.
