I ended up here after ML 350 had an issue, 2 hours from home. Neal, my service manager was prompt, answered all my questions patiently, and handled the recall I’d needed done. I was so pleasantly surprised: the print out I received with the measurements of all critical functioning pieces of my vehicle was outstanding. As I can tell, Service was completed as expected . Employees were polite and cooperative. Only thing we asked is they wipe it down after wash because we are extremely fussy.
