From the time I initiated contact with the dealership, they make you feel at home. Like you've known them forever. What blew my mind was seeing the General Manager Brandi working on the sales floor with her team. She took calls, answered emails, worked transactions and even took the time to have a meaningful conversation. The Sales Manager, Spencer, was very accommodating and easy to work with. The whole team was! Then there is Sydney, my sales representative. This young lady really knows the product they sell! Add to it she's very tech savvy and helps you with setting up the Mercedes app. Sydney is very thorough and made sure I was happy at the completion of the transaction and followed up with me a few days later. This team is amazing! More
The maintenance experience was smooth and hitch free , I like the new dealership layout too ! Very comfortable and convenient for those of us waiting for our vehicles. I ended up here after ML 350 had an issue, 2 hours from home. Neal, my service manager was prompt, answered all my questions patiently, and handled the recall I’d needed done. Being out of state, I’d expected to be shuffled around, without a thorough investigation into the problem. I was so pleasantly surprised: the print out I received with the measurements of all critical functioning pieces of my vehicle was outstanding. The text with a video of my vehicle, what they found and how was so helpful! If I lived closer this would be my service department. More
